Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services operated by Illumina Impact.

1. Services

Illumina Impact provides digital marketing services, including but not limited to social media management, website design, and automation. All services are provided on a monthly subscription basis unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement. We do not offer services related to paid advertising management (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) or standalone SEO.

2. Payments and Subscriptions

Service fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis and are non-refundable. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each monthly cycle unless cancelled by you through written notice at least 15 days before the renewal date.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide all necessary access to information, digital assets (e.g., social media accounts, website logins), and feedback required for us to perform the services. Delays in providing this information may impact service delivery.

4. Intellectual Property

Any content, graphics, or materials created by Illumina Impact for you as part of the services become your property upon full payment for the service period in which they were created. We reserve the right to use the work for our own promotional purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

Illumina Impact shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangibles, resulting from your use of our services.
